Digital presence audit.
A check of everything a customer finds when they look your business up, not just your website. We search for you the way a stranger would, and tell you what the whole picture is saying about you.

How a digital presence audit benefits your business.
You see what customers actually see
We look you up the way a stranger would, without your logins and without already knowing which result is yours.
Old and wrong information gets found
We track down the closed addresses, wrong phone numbers and forgotten listings that are still telling customers the wrong thing about you.
You fix the cheap things first
We put everything in order of what it is costing you against what it costs to put right, so the quick wins come first.
You have never seen what a stranger sees when they search your name.
You cannot. You are logged into your own accounts, you know which result is yours, and you skip past the things a stranger would stop on. An old address on a directory, a review you never answered, a listing for a business you closed.
Those fragments are doing work whether you look at them or not. Somebody deciding whether to call you is assembling an impression from all of them, not just from the website you paid for.
A digital presence audit is the whole picture, gathered and looked at properly once.
What the audit covers.
- What people find, meaning the full picture when someone searches your business name
- Listings and consistency, with wrong numbers and old addresses tracked down
- Reviews and reputation, what is there and what it is doing to enquiries
- Your website, judged as a stranger arriving on a phone would judge it
- Social and professional profiles, including the ones you forgot existed
- Gaps worth closing, prioritised, with the cheap wins first
Who it is for. Established businesses who have never checked how they appear online.
Here is what happens.
Free 30-minute consultation
What the business is called, and every name it has traded under.
Search you properly
As a stranger would, without your logins or your assumptions.
Gather the fragments
Listings, directories, reviews, profiles and anything stale.
Judge the impression
What all of it adds up to for somebody deciding whether to call.
Report and walk through
Prioritised, cheapest wins first, explained on a call.
Why this is broader than a website audit.
A website audit asks whether your site converts the visitors it gets. This asks a bigger question: what does the whole internet say about you when somebody checks, and is any of it costing you work?
For an established business the answer is usually that several small things are wrong, none of them individually serious, and together they read as carelessness. That is fixable and cheap, but only once somebody has actually looked.
It is the broadest of the three assessments and the right one if you are not sure which you need. You can stop after it.
- An automated scan of the website alone
- Nothing checked outside your own domain
- Old listings and wrong numbers left where they are
- A list of problems with no order of importance
- The whole picture a stranger assembles about you
- Directories, reviews and profiles tracked down
- Inconsistencies named, with where to fix each one
- Prioritised, with the cheap wins first

What people ask.
It is a check of everything somebody finds when they search your business name: your website, your Google listing, directories, reviews and social profiles. Small things wrong across several of them add up to an impression of carelessness, and most owners have never looked.
The website audit looks at your site. This looks at everything a customer finds, including the site. If you only want the site examined, buy that one instead and pay less.
Often they can be claimed and corrected, sometimes removed. The audit finds them and says which is possible.
Only if you want that, and it is quoted separately. The report stands alone and you can take it anywhere.
Days rather than weeks. You will get a real date at the consultation.
