Social media management.

A steady presence on the one or two places your customers actually use. We choose where you should be, post to a schedule you agree, and answer what comes back.

Why this matters

How social media management benefits your business.

You are on fewer places, done properly

We work out where your customers actually are and drop the rest. An abandoned account with three old posts does you more harm than no account.

Messages get answered

We pick up the comments and messages, so somebody who tried to reach you does not conclude you are not paying attention.

You are told when it is not working

We report honestly, including when the answer is that this is not earning its cost and you should stop.

The problem

Being on every platform badly is worse than being on one well.

The usual advice is to be everywhere. So a business opens five accounts, posts to all of them for a month, and then abandons four. A dead account with three posts from last year is a worse signal than no account at all.

The other failure is posting into a void. Comments and messages arrive, nobody is watching, and a customer who tried to reach you concludes you are not paying attention.

Doing this properly means fewer platforms, a schedule you can actually sustain, and someone reading the replies.

What you get

Free 30-minute consultation

A content plan you approve, rather than daily improvisation.

04

Post and reply

On schedule, with messages and comments picked up.

05

Report

What is working, honestly, including when the answer is nothing.

Why it costs what it costs

Why the cheap version does not work.

Low-cost social management is a scheduling tool loaded with generic posts. It produces activity, a report full of impressions, and no enquiries. It is the easiest marketing service to fake because the metrics look like progress.

What costs money is somebody who knows your business writing things worth reading, and reading the replies. That does not scale, which is why it is not cheap.

This is also the service I am most likely to tell you not to buy. For plenty of businesses, the Google profile and the website earn far more per rupee.

Straight answers

What people ask.

Almost certainly fewer than you are on now. That is decided by where your customers actually are, not by which platform is currently being talked about.

No, that is performance marketing and it is quoted separately, because mixing the two makes it impossible to tell what worked.

Then I tell you, and you stop. Reporting that only ever says things are going well is not reporting.

Yes. Many clients approve a month at a time.
