Where the Monarch Infotech reviews come from.
5.0 on Google, from 14 reviews
Left by clients on the Google Business Profile for Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. You can read them in full on Google, including any left after this page was written.
5.0 on Clutch, from one verified review
Clutch interviews the client before publishing, so someone other than us checked it. One client has been through that process so far.
Two clients who left their names
Both are Google reviews from March 2026, quoted here word for word and readable in full on Google.
The one a third party checked.
A nonprofit website and SEO project, commissioned by a client in Toronto for an organisation based in India, running from October 2025 to January 2026. Clutch verified it and rated it 5.0 for quality, schedule, cost and willingness to refer. Published on Clutch on 10 June 2026.
“Their strategic thinking, attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment to creating a solution tailored to our needs distinguished them from other service providers.”
On what changed: “improved user experience, better accessibility of information, enhanced credibility with stakeholders, improved mobile responsiveness and a stronger foundation for donor, volunteer and partner engagement”
Clutch anonymises reviewers by default, so the person appears as Executive Director rather than by name.
In their own words.
“The entire process was very structured, starting from understanding our existing documents and ideas, then refining the concept through discussions, and finally converting it into a clear website design. It felt more like guidance and partnership rather than just a service.”

Senior Leader, Mississauga, Canada
Google review, 24 March 2026
“Know the firm for the past 15 years, and found them highly professional and creative to ensure impactful results.”

Google review, March 2026
Mark has known Mona personally for 15 years. Monarch Infotech itself was founded in 2024.
Nothing here asks you to take our word.
- Google: open the profile and read all 14 reviews, including anything newer than this page
- Clutch: the verified review, with Clutch own ratings breakdown
- The work: three live client sites on the Case Studies page
- The person: one named founder, Mona Mani, who builds every site personally
No review on this page was paid for, exchanged for a discount, or written by anyone at Monarch. Clients are asked once, after handover, and plenty say no.
What people ask.
The Google reviews sit on Google, where anyone can read them and see when they were left. Both named quotes above are Google reviews from March 2026. The Clutch review was verified by Clutch, which interviews the client directly before publishing.
Not as a rule. Most clients are small teams or one busy owner, and putting them on calls for someone else decision is not something worth asking of them. What you can do instead is read all 14 Google reviews, read the Clutch review where a third party interviewed the client, and look at three finished sites on the Case Studies page.
Clutch verifies each review by interviewing the client, which takes their time as well as ours. One client has completed that process. The others are on Google, which is quicker for the client.
No. Monarch Infotech is based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, was founded in 2024, and is run by Mona Mani. Businesses with similar names appear in search results and are not connected to us.
No. No discount, no free work, no incentive of any kind. A review that was paid for tells you nothing.
It should make you check the count and the dates, which is why both are published here and linked. Fourteen reviews is a small number, and we would rather show the real figure than a flattering one.
