AI automation.

Using AI for the repetitive jobs that eat your week, carefully and only where it genuinely helps. We test it on your real work first, and a person still checks anything that reaches a customer.

Why this matters

How AI benefits your business.

You get hours back

We take the repetitive, rules-based jobs off your week, so your time goes to the work only you can do.

Nothing wrong reaches a customer

We keep a person in control of anything that goes out, because these tools are confidently wrong often enough to matter.

You are told where it will not help

We will tell you honestly which jobs it is unreliable at, instead of selling you something because it is fashionable.

The problem

Most AI advice is either hype or fear, and neither is useful.

You are told simultaneously that AI will transform your business and that it will replace you. Meanwhile the actual question, which is whether it can usefully do a specific job you currently do by hand, goes unanswered.

The honest answer is that it is very good at some narrow tasks and unreliable at others, and the difference is not obvious from the marketing. Drafting a reply, summarising notes and sorting enquiries are genuinely useful. Anything where being wrong is expensive is not.

This service is about finding the first category and staying out of the second.

Why it costs what it costs

Why the caution is the service.

Setting up an AI tool is not hard and you could do much of it yourself. What is hard, and what costs money, is knowing which jobs it will quietly get wrong, and making sure a person sees those before a customer does.

An automation that drafts replies and lets you approve them saves hours safely. The same automation sending replies unchecked will eventually send something wrong to a customer, and you will not know until they tell you.

There is also a data question that most people skip. If customer information is going to a third-party service, you should know which one and on what terms, and that is part of this work.

What people ask.

It is using AI tools to do repetitive jobs you currently do by hand, such as drafting replies, summarising notes or sorting enquiries. It is genuinely good at some of these and unreliable at others, so the work is knowing which is which and keeping a person in charge.

That is not what this is for. It removes repetitive work from people who have better things to do. If you want headcount reduction advice, I am not the right person.

That depends entirely on which tools are used, and it is a question you should ask before connecting anything. Where the data goes gets explained before setup, not after.

It will, which is why anything reaching a customer is checked by a person. Automations without that guardrail are the ones that cause real damage.

Possibly not. If you are not spending hours a week on repetitive work, skip it. I will say so at the consultation.
