Who this is
This website is run by Monarch Infotech, a website design and development studio based in Indirapuram, Uttar Pradesh, India. The business is run by Mona Mani, who builds every website personally. If you have a question about anything on this page, email connect@monarchinfotech.org.
What the enquiry form collects
If you fill in the consultation form, it collects what you type into it. That is your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, your website address if you have one, what you need, your timeline, and a description of the main thing you want fixed.
That information is stored in this website database and a copy is emailed to me so I can reply. It is used to answer your enquiry and to prepare for the consultation. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.
If you use the WhatsApp button, you are opening a conversation in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy terms, not this one. Only use it if you are comfortable with that.
Email sent from this website goes out through a third-party sending service so that it arrives reliably. That service processes the message in order to deliver it.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It asks you first: measurement stays off until you agree, declining takes one click, and you can change your mind whenever you like. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. There is nothing following you around the internet from here.
Cookies
If you decline the consent bar, or simply ignore it, this site sets no cookies at all and nothing is stored on your device. Google still receives a basic anonymous signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier kept on your device. If you press Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies that count your visit. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it whenever you like. WordPress sets a cookie only if you log in to the admin area, which is for staff rather than visitors. There are no advertising or profiling cookies of any kind.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are served from this site’s own server, not from Google Fonts. That means your browser never requests anything from Google in order to display this page, and your IP address is not passed to them. It also makes the site load slightly faster.
Server logs
Like every website, the hosting server keeps standard access logs. These include IP addresses and are used for security and for fixing faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to a live or possible project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and it will be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email connect@monarchinfotech.org and it will be dealt with. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children.
