Services

One stage at a time.

Thirty services sounds like a lot. You will never buy them all, and you are not meant to. You buy one stage, see what it produces, then decide for yourself whether the next one is worth paying for.

Rated 5.0 from 14 Google reviews. Read them.

How buying works

You are choosing a module, not signing up to a plan.

The list below is everything Monarch does across several years of a business growing. It is not a menu you order from in one go.

01

One module at a time

Every service on this page is bought on its own. There is no bundle you have to take whole and no minimum you have to reach.

02

The decision stays yours

Each stage ends with something written that you keep. What happens next is your call, made with that in hand, not a plan you already committed to.

03

Stop whenever you want

Stop after any stage, take the findings to anyone else, and owe nothing further. That is what makes the first commitment small.

How this works

Every stage starts with finding out.

Before each phase of work there is a small, paid assessment. It establishes what is actually true about your business, your website or your systems, and it produces something written that you keep.

You can stop after any assessment, take the findings elsewhere, and owe nothing further. That is deliberate. It means you are never choosing between spending nothing and spending everything, and it is why the first commitment is always small.

It also means I only build what the evidence says you need. Several of these services I will actively tell you to skip.

Modern architecture representing a solid digital foundation
Stage 01

Pre-Foundation Assessment.

Before a single page is designed, find out what the business actually sells, who actually buys, what they search for, and who else they are considering.

Understand the business properly before anything is designed.

Who actually buys, what stops them, and the words they use.

The exact terms your customers type into Google.

What you are really compared against, and where the gap is.

Stage 02

Foundation.

The things that have to exist and have to be right. Built on what the assessment found, not on a template.

Built on real research into your customers, not a template.

You can edit it yourself, and you own it from day one.

A store that can take a real order on day one.

Fix the structure without losing the rankings you earned.

One audience, one message, one action.

Titles, headings, links and schema set properly on every page.

Speed, crawlability and indexing fixed at the foundation.

Onto Google Maps and local search, set up correctly.

A credible company presence for business buyers.

Stage 03

Pre-Growth Assessment.

Before spending on marketing, find out what you would be sending traffic to. Buy the one that matches your question, not all three.

What is wrong, what it costs you, and what to fix first.

Why you are invisible, before you pay anyone to fix it.

Everything a customer sees when they look you up.

Stage 04

Growth.

Once the foundation is right, this is the work that brings people to it. Most businesses need two or three of these, not twelve.

Fast, secure and up to date without thinking about it.

Found by people nearby who are ready to buy today.

Continues as ongoing work after the build.

Continues as ongoing work after the build.

The outside signals that make search engines trust you.

Keep the listing active and bringing in calls.

Stay visible to business buyers without your evenings.

Articles that answer what customers actually ask.

A presence you can actually sustain.

Stay in front of people who already showed interest.

Reach customers on the channel they use every day.

Paid advertising spent carefully and reported honestly.

On-page SEO and Technical SEO appear in both Foundation and Growth. They are built into the site at the start, then continue as ongoing work. There is one page for each, not two.

Stage 05

Pre-Scale Assessment.

Before buying any software, find out how work actually moves through the business and where it gets dropped.

Map how enquiries and work actually move through your business.

Stage 06

Scale.

For businesses where growth has created more admin than capacity. This is the last stage for a reason, and most businesses are not here yet.

One place where every enquiry is tracked and nothing is forgotten.

Follow-ups that fire themselves, and tools that talk to each other.

AI for the repetitive work, carefully, with a human in control.

Straight answers

What people ask.

No. If you already have a website that works, start with an audit. If you only need a Google profile set up, buy that. The sequence is what I recommend, not a gate.

No. Each service is bought on its own and each assessment can be the only thing you ever buy from me. The findings are yours either way.

It is, and you will not be buying most of them. The list covers what a business needs across several years, not what any one client buys. I also cap new projects at three a month so nothing gets rushed.

That is what the free consultation is for, and the honest answer is often fewer than you expect. I will tell you which of these to skip.

What you pay depends on your business needs and product scope. If you are pricing this from abroad, see website design cost in Canada next to these figures.

Next step

Not sure where you are?

Book a free 30-minute consultation. I take on only three new projects a month, so every one gets proper attention.

Free 30 minutes. No sales pitch. No obligation.
